Containership managed volumes allow you to easily ensure the data follows your container around. When creating an application, you can specify container volumes under the settings page.
Having Containership manage the data in your volume is as simple as checking the "Let Containership manage your host path" box and choosing "ADD".
Now any data written into the container path specified will be managed by containership and always follow your container and application whether you take a snapshot and launch on another cluster or apply new constraints causing the container to shift around on your cluster.
