A single transporter could import an entire wiki site into the permanent wiki. This act of publishing a dynamic wiki is effectively taking a frozen snapshot of wiki in time - just like the Way back Machine.
When a site is imported, the entire "sites.json" file is read, and then parsed, adding every item-level paragraph to IPFS, while also storing json based link lists to these paragraphs in two places:
- a domain specific folder - a global wiki namespace
