In Containership when a cluster is created, the leaders and followers of the cluster automatically generate a public DNS record that dynamically updates as the cluster scales up an down.
Along with records corresponding to the leader and follower nodes, each application you create generated a DNS record. Once an application is created, if you navigate to the "Overview" tab for that application you will find its DNS entry listed.
